Return & Refund Policy Overview

  • Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for change of mind.
  • However, we are always happy to assist you in resolving any genuine issues with your order.

1. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery via Email or WhatsApp
  • Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • At least 1 image of outer packaging
    • At least 2 clear images of the damaged product

Once verified, we will assist you with a suitable resolution (replacement or support).

📌 For orders with multiple items, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement.

2. Missing Products

If any item is missing from your order:

  • Inform us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order number
    • 1 image of outer packaging
    • 2 images of opened package
    • 1 unboxing video showing received items

After verification:

  • We will re-send the missing product (no refund in such cases)

3. Order Issues – Response Time

We value your time and aim to respond to all queries within 4 working hours. Our team will assist you promptly until the issue is resolved.

4. Product Unavailability

If a product becomes unavailable after payment:

  • We will offer a suitable alternative, OR
  • Process a full refund

5. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspicious or incomplete details

If your order is cancelled after payment:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return logistics cost will be mutually decided between the buyer and seller based on the situation.
  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.

7. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Correct product delivered as per order confirmation
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery

8. Important Notes

  • Please ensure you record an unboxing video for any claims
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
  • All decisions will be made after proper verification
