Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 699 within India.
  • A flat shipping fee of INR 50 will be applied to orders below INR 699.
  • A flat charge of ₹50 will be applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email/WhatsApp/SMS to monitor your shipment.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or other external factors. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve delays promptly.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via registered international courier services or speed post.
  • Additional shipping charges will apply for international deliveries.

Order Cancellation

Saatyaki Naturals reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed promptly.

Delivery & Signature Requirement

  • Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, kindly coordinate with the courier service for an alternative arrangement.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and PIN code are correct before placing your order.
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately we will try to update it before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Undelivered / Returned Orders

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Wrong PIN code
  • Refusal to accept delivery

We will contact you to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy for such cases:
Refunds will be processed after deducting both forward and return shipping charges incurred by the company.
